At Lectric eBikes, we want you to be fully satisfied with your ride. If you are not completely happy with your purchase, you may return your eBike or accessories within 14 days of delivery provided they are in new and unused condition.
Return Process
- 1.Initiate Your Request
Contact our dedicated support team via our online portal or email to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number within the 14-day return window.
- 2.Prepare for Shipping
Carefully repackage your eBike in its original factory box with all original protective padding, manuals, and the charger to prevent damage during transit.
- 3.Ship Your Return
Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to the exterior of the box and drop it off at an authorized carrier location; please note that a return shipping fee may be deducted from your refund.
- 4.Inspection and Refund
Once our technicians receive and inspect the unit to confirm it has less than 10 miles on the odometer and no signs of wear, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 7-10 business days.
